This is not a cooking class but another of our chilled and relaxed afternoons featuring great food and wine in our light filled warehouse space.

Javier Codina from Moda Restaurant will be creating a magnificent seafood paella with some of our best local product from John Susman from Fishtales, including Cloudy Bay Clams, Kinkawooka mussels, Pacific Reef Cobia and Skull island prawns. 
A whole pig on the spit and accompanying Spanish inspired sides will complete the meal. 
Brett Green from Bacchus Wine merchants will be presenting a range of Casa Lluch wines from Valencia to enjoy with the meal. 
This is a 3 hour event and the price includes wine and food.

While our classes are fun, friendly and laid-back, we do have a few conditions that you should be aware of:

  • Cancellations & No-shows Classes are non refundable unless 5 days notice is given, If less than 48hrs notice is given to change a class a $80 per person administration fee will apply, fees will not be refunded for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or on the day of the class. If you need to cancel or change a class, please call us on (07) 3666 0884.
  • Allergies etc. Classes DO NOT cater for vegetarians or those with food allergies unless stated in the class description. All dishes may contain traces of peanuts. Because the focus is on a 'shared food experience', the class can not cook one-off special dishes.
  • VouchersIf using a voucher you MUST present your voucher to us on the day of the class - if the voucher has been forgotten or lost, the full amount will be charged to the recepients credit card and will be refunded when the vouchers have been delivered to us.
  • Recipe ChangesA recipe might be different to the description - this is rare but sometimes an ingredient might be unavailable on the day.
