Golden Pig owner/head chef Katrina Ryan will be joining forces with butcher extraordinaire, Chris Luxton, Harrison Scarf from award winning Green Beacon Brewing and walking beer encyclopaedia, Matt Kirkegaard AKA the 'Beer Matt'.

The event starts with Chris breaking down a  forequarter of grass fed Angus Beef, then  hands on cooking followed by a sit down 3 course meal with presentations and tastings of the Green Beacon Beer
