Cake Decorating and High Tea

Using only fresh and natural ingredients Carla (Owner of Bow and Daisy Bakery) will teach you how to make beautiful as well as delicious cakes at home.
Carla will decorate some 'Naked Cakes' featuring chocolate drizzle, meringue kisses, candied nuts or fruit, chocolate bark and fresh flowers from her garden.
You will create your own cupcake creations using techniques that will be taught in the class including baking, piping and decorating. Cupcakes include;

There’s a lot more to old-world wine than just France and Italy so in this session we’re going to look at the rest of Europe including examples of German Riesling, Austrian Grüner Veltliner, Spanish Tempranillo and Hungarian Tokaji as well as wines from Greece, Portugal, Lebanon, and more! Nose to Tail Day - Le Petit Cochon

Join chef Katrina Ryan and Chris Luxton, butcher extraordinaire, for an afternoon of Pig butchery. We will be butchering a whole pig and cooking up a feast using different cuts including, braised cheeks and belly, rolled and stuffed loin, crispy fried tail & ears, stuffed trotters, sausages and curing a ham. 


This is a 6 hour, hands on class culminating in a fabulous pork feast.
