We are welcoming The Great South East into the kitchen to film a short segment of this class. If you are camera shy please let us know! 

 This class combines the elements of Speed Dating with the more relaxed pleasure of cooking and eating great food.

This 4 hour hands on class is limited to 8 girls and 8 guys. You will be paired up with another guy (or bring a friend!) and together you will cook 4 different dishes with 4 different pairs of girls - and get to sit down and eat and drink with them!

Cake Decorating and High Tea

Using only fresh and natural ingredients Carla (Owner of Bow and Daisy Bakery) will teach you how to make beautiful as well as delicious cakes at home.
Carla will decorate some 'Naked Cakes' featuring chocolate drizzle, meringue kisses, candied nuts or fruit, chocolate bark and fresh flowers from her garden.
You will create your own cupcake creations using techniques that will be taught in the class including baking, piping and decorating. Cupcakes include;

Golden Pig owner/head chef Katrina Ryan will be joining forces with butcher extraordinaire, Chris Luxton, Danielle Allen and Jayne Lewis from Australia's first female-owned brewing company, Two Birds Brewing and walking beer encyclopaedia, Matt Kirkegaard AKA the 'Beer Matt'.

The event starts with Chris breaking down a  forequarter of grass fed Angus Beef, then  hands on cooking followed by a sit down 3 course meal with presentations and tastings of the Two Birds Beer.
