Kitchen Essentials

This class will teach you some classic techniques, give you some essential skills in the kitchen and master the art of sauces. Learn to chop and dice like a chef, fillet fish and trim beef, make a stock, truss, stuff and roast a chicken, deglaze and make a jus from pan juices and perfect emulsion sauces.

The class runs for 3.5 - 4 hours.

You will be working as part of a small team, cooking dishes that contribute to a shared meal.

The cost of the class includes hands on tuition, a shared meal, wine/ beer, a copy of all recipes and a great time!
