Golden Pig owner/head chef Katrina Ryan will be joining forces with butcher extraordinaire, Chris Luxton and Ben Taylor from Hop Nation Brewing Co in Footscray, Victoria.  

This event at the Golden Pig, starts with Chris breaking down a  forequarter of grass fed Angus Beef, then a little hands on cooking followed by a sit down 3 course meal with presentations and tastings of the Hop Nation beer.
