BOOK LAUNCH: THE GREAT AUSTRALIAN BAKING BOOK

Join Katrina Ryan, owner and resident chef of Golden Pig Food & Wine School, for a delicious Breakfast Book Launch to celebrate the release of her latest contribution to new book title - The Great Australian Baking Book, created by Echo Publishing. 

Katrina has designed a scrumptious breakfast menu for guests to enjoy, direct from the pages of her latest contribution in The Great Australian Baking Book.  The breakfast includes The Golden Pig's much-loved Savoury Muffins;  Egg & Bacon and Vegetarian Galettes with Caramelised Onion and Bread & Butter Pudding with Brown Sugar & Peach Jam. 
We are delighted to welcome Tim Somes from Eggcettera to the launch. Each week Tim supplies The Golden Pig with beautiful free range eggs from his property on the Darling Downs and he will be sharing his story with the guests on the day. 

Signed copies of The Great Australian Baking Book as well as Eggcettera eggs will be available for purchase at the event. The price includes breakfast and a coffee or tea and the breakfast runs from 7.3am to 9.00am.
